

Listed below is our company policies for product purchases. Please review
them as our policies are strictly enforced.
ORDER POLICY
Orders can be placed by email to
orders@acuqimed.com. Please
include product names, your full name, shipping address, email address,
phone number and if applicable (student's # / practitioner's registered #).
We also offer discounts to customers who make quantity orders. Please ask
for details.
If the items that you want to order are not available on our web site,
please feel to email us. We'll do our best to find them for you.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery days may not include
weekends and statutory holidays. When you place your order on weekends and
statutory holidays, it may be counted as originating on the following
business day.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive everyday, items on average take
1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
We ship our orders through Canada Post. All order in stock is shipped as
soon as payment is received. Therefore, any alterations or cancellations may
not be accepted when the items are shipped out. Once your order are shipped
out shipping charges are not refundable for all shipments included cancelled
or refused orders. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. There
will be fee for shipping and handling cost of $10.00 for all orders.
Additional shipping cost will apply depend on shipping address and the
weight of the items. Shipping is sent usually expedited, or express via
Canada Post including insurance and tracking numbers. Please allow 3 days -
5 weeks for delivery depend on location. These delivery times are estimates.
Some merchandise are required a minimum order to receive free shipping
within B.C. Canada only. Please see detail inside. Items that include free
shipping cannot be combining with other items.
Notes: Shipping charges and handling fee are not refundable. Most shipping
insurance is mandatory for all actual shipments and is included in the
shipping cost. It is always the customer's responsibility to send if any
defective item returns back to us freight prepaid. Shipping charges will be
deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.
Payment: We accept money orders, business and personal check. Once the check
is clear your orders will be ship out immediately. There is a $35.00 penalty
charge for NSF checks.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY POLICY
USA customers, your order may be subject to
duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Acuqimed Centre Ltd is
not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes
and is the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the
charges will be as they vary from country to country. For more information
on your country's customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
In case if we receive your payment and your
order is out of stock we will make note of the fact that you wish to order
and will notify you that the item you requested is in stock. If you don't
want to wait for your order we'll return your payment. Please note we will
not be holding back-ordered items.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All products are new. There are no refunds and
no exchange policy. Please make a final decision of want you want first
before ordering. Exception: If return can only apply to: Shipping damage,
defective claim or shipping error: Once you receive your order and if
shipping damage or if item factory defect you must report to us by
email/calling within 24 hours and requesting a return Authorization Number
or returned product will be refused for replacement or refund. You must also
report to your nearest post office or to the carrier if the package is
delivery damage. Please do not discard the original box from any damaged,
defective items or error shipment. Merchandise must be returned within 14
business days of receipt of your order (for US and out of BC residence) and
within 7 days of receipt of your orders for BC residence. Please return the
merchandise by insured parcel post prepaid with proof of purchase
receipt/invoice and including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and
all accessories. There will be no refund for shipping & handling cost.
There are warranties against factory defects on certain merchandise. Please
see inside on specific items. The warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accident, mishandling, dropping, misuse, abuse or lack of reasonable
care or alterations. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement or
refund if this occurs.
Sorry, we do not make any repairing and we also advice you not to repair if
any defect item either.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will not rent, or sell your
personally identifying information to third parties, or otherwise disclose
it, except as necessary for provision of service or by law. We do not
disclose customer contact information (such as telephone numbers or various
personal identification numbers), to any third party except as required by
law, or as needed to fulfill an order or deliver a product that a customer
has ordered.
